City International Hospital (CIH) in Ho Chi Minh City officially inaugurated its new In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) Centre, offering specialized, high-quality reproductive healthcare services. The launch event was attended by Tran Thi Lam, founder and chairwoman of Hoa Lam Group, who highlighted that the IVF Centre is a flagship project of CIH, developed with years of careful planning and the highest standards of reproductive care.
With the mission of “Fulfilling the dream of becoming parents,” the centre aims to support families in their journey to parenthood. The centre operates on the principle of “Dedicated Care – Shared Dreams,” providing comprehensive care from initial consultation to post-treatment support. Lam emphasized the team’s commitment to guiding couples through their fertility journey with both physical and emotional support.
The centre boasts an infertility treatment model with a high success rate, backed by cutting-edge medical technology. Among its standout features are a team of experienced specialists, personalized treatment protocols, an ISO 6-standard IVF laboratory, advanced IMS Checker technology, 24/7 automatic embryo preservation, and a private, patient-centered environment.
A key focus of the centre is improving patient experience, ensuring that couples receive holistic care at every step of their fertility process. The centre also offers a range of support services designed to make fertility treatments more accessible to the community.
The event was attended by Dinh Anh Tuan, Director of the Maternal and Child Health Department under the Ministry of Health (MoH), who spoke about the advancements and challenges within Vietnam’s healthcare system, particularly post-pandemic. He emphasized the importance of medical specialization, treatment success rates, and affordability for families seeking fertility care. Tuan also underscored the importance of adhering to medical regulations and maintaining ethical standards to ensure patient safety.
During the ceremony, CIH was officially authorized to perform IVF treatments, and Dr. Ha Anh Duc, Director of the MoH’s Medical Services Administration (MSA), presented the hospital with approval for assisted reproductive technology services.
Dr. Tran Quoc Thanh, CEO of CIH, highlighted that the launch of the IVF Centre is not only a significant milestone for the hospital but also a promise to bring hope and happiness to families facing fertility challenges. Located within the Hoa Lam Shangri-La International Healthcare Park, the centre is the first specialized fertility centre in Ho Chi Minh City’s western gateway, providing five-star fertility services at optimal costs. This healthcare park, developed by Hoa Lam Group, is designed to offer international-standard medical services to residents in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and includes six hospitals, with CIH being one of the key facilities in this world-class medical hub.
