Fertility experts are set to host an online conference aimed at addressing the increasing rates of infertility among young Nigerians. The event will focus on a variety of factors contributing to fertility challenges, including new dietary trends, food preparation methods, medications, and modern lifestyle habits.
Scheduled for January 25 at 10 a.m., the annual Fertility Conference (online) will delve into these emerging issues alongside well-established causes of infertility. Organized by the Quiver Full Foundation—one of the only two Nigerian organizations providing free assisted conception services—the conference aims to offer valuable insights into the latest research and advancements in fertility treatment.
Leading the discussions will be a panel of renowned experts in reproductive health, including Dr. Abayomi Ajayi from Nordica Fertility Centre, a prominent fertility specialist, and Mrs. Yewande Zaccheaus, an entrepreneur and mentor. Other speakers include Mrs. Gbemi Adekoya, a mental health expert, and Apostle Femi Lazarus, who will discuss the impact of emotional well-being on fertility and explore the latest treatment options.
The conference aims to provide participants with evidence-based solutions, cutting-edge research findings, and emotional support strategies to help address infertility. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the experts and gain a deeper understanding of the factors affecting fertility and the available interventions.
